first haircut

We took Emma for her first haircut yesterday. It was sad to see her blond locks fall off, but it was time, they were starting to look stragley (if that's a word.) We talked to her the whole way there telling her the lady was going to cut her hair with scissors and spray it with water and she was going to sit in a chair all by herself. I was afraid of her freaking out. But she was so good, she just sat there, smiling in the mirror at us. She got fidgety at the end, but really did a good job. And was rewarded with a lollipop from the hairdresser. (I only took a few pictures because Bill kept telling me to stop hovering over them :)
