more snow and cookies

 

This picture does not do it justice how beautiful it was yesterday.

 I wasn't planning on taking Maddie out, but remembered a "snowsuit" I had from Emma.  (I didn't know what to do with her to take a picture, so I just layed her down on a blanket, so random.)  I was pretending she was a newborn with her hands covered like that, until Bill ruined my vision and said look how huge your newborn is.  No fun.  Anyway, she loved being outside, but it only lasted a few minutes. 

Emma and I made some Valentine cookies today.  It keeps us from going stir crazy inside, but I think her and I both couldn't stop eating the dough.  Baking is dangerous in our house.

I may have eaten a few of these by now.
