Hershey Park

We left Thursday afternoon for Hershey, PA, packed in the Botbyl's van, fully equipped with a DVD player to entertain Emma and Cambelle. Chloe was an angel and slept/ate/played in the back seat with Danielle and me, and Jeff and Bill were in charge in the front (which meant drive, hand things to the girls).

Friday, all of us, plus Matt, Michelle, and the girls headed to Hershey Park. It couldn't have been better weather, and the crowd wasn't really bad at all. Emma is still not loving rides, but she seemed to enjoy herself anyway. Thank goodness for the older girls (and her Uncle Matt who she loves) to keep her entertained. Bill and the guys went on roller coasters the night before, and Michelle, Danielle, and I got to go on a crazy ride together while the guys took care of the girls.

After a really good lunch, I noticed Emma was fading fast. She passed out in her stroller, which hasn't happened since she was a few months old. She slept for an hour that way, I was so happy, and she woke up refreshed to see a seal show, which she thought were so funny.

Friday night Michelle, Danielle, and I got to go out to the Hershey outlets and Red Robin for dinner (yum) while the guys took the girls to dinner and put them to bed (thanks guys!) Saturday morning we all went to the Hershey chocolate factory and saw how they made chocolate. After that, we had all about had it, so we went home. It was really a great trip!
