That long nap thing must have been a two-day special. Today Emma did not nap long, and was very unhappy when she woke up. A low part of her day: her new book (thank you cousin Lyndsay, Emma loves it!) was too big and heavy to pick up and put in her mouth. If Emma cannot cram half of a toy in her mouth, she becomes very frustrated. A highlight of Emma's day: the vacuum. The vacuum always startles Emma and she sits frozen when it's on. When I turn it off, Emma talks to it like its her best friend and trys to grab it if nearby. She must share my joy of clean floors.
