Christmas Eve

 Christmas morning

I think this was the best Christmas yet.  I didn't take a lot of pictures that day, I was just enjoying the girls' excitement and playing with all the new presents.  Christmas morning right before we went downstairs to see what Santa left us, Emma said, "I just heard Santa leave and the door close!"  (The night before Emma asked if Santa comes down a chimney, and pointed out that we don't have a chimney, so we assured her he will use the door.)  They were amazed at the presents, and Emma kept saying "I always wanted this!" after she would open a gift.  Once Maddie opened up her new baby doll, she was done opening presents for a while.  We had so much fun just watching the girls, I wanted to freeze time in that moment.
