On a rainy day, make sure you wear your doggy rain boots. Don't worry about tucking your pants in or letting them hang over your boots, just let the pants decide. Matching isn't always important, sometimes red, navy blue, and black can go together, especially if you accessorize with turquoise boots. Very important: If you happen to get a free sticker at Home Depot, put both yours and your little sister's on your knees.
