Six months

Maddie is six-months old today! I can't believe that half a year ago she was born, and that in another half a year she will be one!
Some Maddie facts:
*Is GREAT at rolling. That is her mode of transportation right now, and will purposely roll to get a toy, Emma's toys, Emma. Her favorite thing to roll to is the wipe container, it's crinkly sounding, which (of course) she automatically tries to eat. Every time.
*Can sit up using her arms to support herself for a few seconds before falling over.
*Loves to eat, chew, suck on her toes. We've even caught her rubbing them on her gums like a teether. She loves her toes.
*Loves to eat baby food. Emma never liked eating baby food, so to feed Maddie and have her gobble up her baby cereal and the fruits and veggies we've been introducing is SO much fun for me. She kicks her feet and almost pants for more.
*Sleeps with a wash cloth. So weird. She likes to grab onto/hold something and will grab at the sheets while falling asleep, but she is too little to give a blanket or toy too, so we give her a tiny wash cloth to sleep with. And it works, she likes to hold it and rub it on her face and between her fingers.
*Has been sleeping SO much better. She even has been surprising me and taking a long nap every few days (this morning, a TWO hour nap!!! I had to go in and make sure she was breathing, it was so unlike her.) She typically gets up twice a night, I nurse her for 5 minutes, and she's out.
*I say it a lot, but she really is such a happy, easy going girl!
